    Element8242 Wrongful Ban

I am going to try and keep this as short and simple as I can, I was banned a month or so back due to being accused of scamming. http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1511687-element8242.html

The guy who made the payment, sent the money to my paypal, I went to bed after the payment and I had emailed him 20 codes as he was AFK before I went to bed. When I woke up, i had a 400$ dispute in my paypal which led to my paypal being limited.

I had weeks of stress with him and he created the scam report even though I told him I was limited and could not refund, as shown in the image above. I called paypal and told them to resolve the case, this is when he called his bank and charged back again.

The case was settled in his favor temporarily, obviously. PayPal is still looking into this and I have been permenantly limited. I haven't stolen money from anyone and just came here to make some money myself, till I lost 271$ of my own due to this dispute along with my personal paypal account. I want to come back to the community, I don't want the guy's 350$ or whatever. I already told paypal to refund it and I can't do much more. I was frustrated and trash talked with him to piss him off after he disputed and I apologize for that but I did not do anything against the laws or rules of sythe.

Please help me come back to the community and let me know if any more proof is required.

    Thanks
    Element.

    Hi Element,

Thanks for your patience, and I'm sorry for the late response. I'm afraid you will still have to refund him somehow before you're back allowed in the community.
