Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Need a guide on how to mod)

[Ipityyoubro]

Looking for someone who knows how to mod to either give me a crash course on this or write me a guide. Price is negotiable.

-Note: Not sure if this is the proper place, so mod feel free to move if it is not-

You require a guide on how to create skyrim mods, correct?
