Giraffe Nuts scam report

I am Hul11.
I was reported for ban evasion by giraffe nuts WHILE he was doing a service for me.
Hul11 is bad evading
He promised me a refund, got me banned on sythe and blocked me on skype.

As Hul11 is banevading, his original account is banned for scamming. The following reports were made:

@Giraffenuts did 5.1M worth of XP training in his services so the refund due was 11.9M. Confirming he has traded me this which will go towards community repayment.
