Explain the service:

Okay, fairly long story he was offering a free questing service for his initial vouches but I had a rather large quest job so I contacted him and we agreed to a 9m price including my vouch at the end which he seemed pretty keen on.

Fast forward two days later he contacts me saying he can do the service earlier than when he said he could so I asked for a PM so the service could begin. I then gave him my information for him to start, 5 minutes after he requests 75% of the payment and was reluctant to use a MM. I believe the ONLY reason for this was because there was nothing to profit from scamming the account and when he realized that he asked for partial payment.

It makes absolutely no sense for him to ask this AFTER my information was given with my reputation ESPECIALLY when this individual is offering a "FREE" questing service.

Not seeing this as TWC worthy. A MM would be preferable and I can understand his hesitation with doing a large order without receiving/knowing his payment was going to be there.
