Yea I was laughing at my friend because one day we were playing and he took off his gnome hat and he had no hair. I was laughing at him and he was ticked. He went to the hair wizard or w.e. and thn put the hat back on and lost his hair again. He was so mad!! LoL! Yea jagex needs to fix this glitch really bad cause its really annoying.

I think it could have something to do with the detail level you're using as well.
