Explanation of the trade: I paid EffigyCraft for a runescape level back in 2015. I supplied a fresh account and and he would level it and get 1-90 atk str def range mage prayer barrows gloves, dragon defender and fire cape for 415 mil OS GP.
How they scammed: His worker went on my account and took all my items and banned my account as his worker botted on my account.

Effigycraft was initially banned as most of his client reported him so I didn't report it back then. However, Now that I see that he is now unbanned and he must repay his clients, I am bringing this up as he owes me 415 mil GP or I will accept $415 US in paypal.

Other relevant trade screenshots: I do not have the chatlogs as this was back in 2015 but I do have proof that i spoke to effigycraft as i received some PMs on sythe confirming that I spoke to him and that the deal went through. If this evidence is not enough, please tell me and I will try find the screenshots as I gave my old computer back in 2015 to a family member.

EDIT: I also put rare and expensive items onto the account but since I do not have proof for everything that i had on the account, I am only asking for the 415M that i paid to Effigycraft to do the level.

Proof: There was no timeframe on when this deal had to be done. Effigy confirmed that he will pay for the rest of the membership if he took longer than the price of bonds i Paid for.

These images show that Effigy confirmed that he put worker's in charge on my account is admits he is liable if anything happens. It also shows that i attempted to message him when his workers stole all my items and he never replied back to me since.

That was my only runescape account and if you see my vouches, I bought a lot of gold. There was also a ton of gold that I didn't get vouches for or buy from sythe. The worker basically stole everything I had.

 

@best mid aus you gave the account 2 him on 12th of December 2015 but it was banned almost 5 months later. Which was probably a 2 day ban or something then you also got banned again 20th of June 2016. I'm assuming due to your PM with him on sythe he quoted you it would take 3 months and started around the 12th of December. Why was the account banned so late then?

@Effigycraft Hasn't been online for over a week but I'll tag just in case he has something to add.

 

@veng I gave him the account on the 12th of December so it was a fresh level 3 account, Obviously it takes more than 5 months to get a fresh account to 1-90 in all atk str def range mage prayer and receive barrows gloves, dragon defender and fire cape.

His worker also cleaned all the items on the account.

Also even after 5 months, the level was not completed yet and it could not be completed as his worker banned the account so he was using bots instead of hand levelling as asked. I'm pretty sure Effigycraft started the levelling by hand and everything went wrong when his worker continued the job. I did not realise that my account has been cleaned of items and was banned until i saw all that Effigycraft had been banned on sythe as he was reported by so many of his clients.

 

There's not enough proof here IMO to show effigycraft got you account banned (or his worker). I am almost 100% certain the stats you required could have been done in 3 months even with barrow gloves. Why did he only request 3 months of bonds if the service was going to take longer?

Unless you can get some chatlogs to help back your claim theres nothing we can do about this.

Agree with Veng as well. But i would like to hear @Effigycraft's input on this before closing.

 

The deal was that I would provide him with 6 bonds, if he took longer than he would have to pay for the rest of the bonds. This is very hard for me as the case happened a long time ago and I've got a new computer so the skype logs disappeared. Is there a way to retrieve skype chat logs without having to go on my old computer?

Also effigycraft was busy that's why it took so long and hence he got so busy that he couldn't complete the job anymore. That is why he hired a worker. The worker cleaned all his clients out of all their items and ruined their account.

Downloaded but doesn't show the logs. I'll try find the logs on my old computer in 2 weeks as it is not in my house atm. However, if Effigycraft can respond and post the logs it will be great but i doubt this will happen as the logs will prove that i am right.

 

Mobile no longer stores to the extent it used to. However, if you are on the same PC as before you can go into your Skype common file and pull .txt files for all of your prior conversations @best mid aus. Additionally I can confirm the accusation here as I worked with Dalton and had full access to all of the orders and descriptions and I remember this being assigned to Luke. @Gun He probably deleted off the spreadsheet because this is by far the biggest order but thanks for remembering that it was assigned to Luke.

Unfortunately I do not have the same PC, i am able to go check on that PC in 2 weeks or so as it is not in my house. Can you give me step by step what to click to get to skype common file once i am able to check?

 

Bump. Added some Screenshots. Can a mod work out a payment option? Effigy admitted that the work was not completed and the account is banned. I should get at least some compensation.

I'm also happy If i make a brand new level 3 account now and he levels it up by hand as agreed again.

 

Why isn't a mod reviewing this? Effigy has logged on sythe since this post.

 

Banned him, he would have to repay you or do the service again if he wants to return.
