Hi Jeff, I needed to reformat my computer and lost the file, I tried downloading it but on all the links it says I can't download it. Can you not just PM me the actual file instead of going through those links full of ads etc?

 

Sorry to say but if you want nutritional information it's much easier to just study yourself. You wouldn't want to take someone elses personal accounts of fitness/nutrition and end up hurting yourself in the long run. Wether that be health or injuries.

I have a couple questions jeff. For one, do you use supplements? Secondly, do you train for aesthetics or functionality? And do you do cardio?
