Eat the sun (Sun Gazing)

There are certain times you sun gaze and certain times you dont.
The general rule is if it bothers your eyes....its probably not a great time to gaze.

Enlarged pineal gland (third eye)..........thats the goal.....for me at least.

 

You mean staring at the sun to have all those weird colors going on in your eyes? Well i used to do that when i was little. Until i found out doing so could make you blind.

My bro said "Is this supposed to be serious or a joke?" I partially agree with that statement.

 

I wont try it, as my vision in my left eye is already horrid, im 20-70 vision ( 70 being my left eye ).

It seem's like an interesting topic, and something quite possible, i dig the entire idea of it, but i doubt it can be healthy for your eyesight to stare at the sun. Even if you gain other physical benefits, whats it worth if you cant see?

 

Sorry but a bunch of people in a youtube video staring at the sun doesn't make me want to go and do it. It's the classic "If someone jumped off of a bridge would you do it".

If there was some scientific reasoning (facts) on this subject i would love to try it but other than that i see no possible reason why.

 

What exactly are the benefits of this? I think the video said something about hunger?

I know sunlight will give one vitamin D, but that's it.

 

I would like to see their eye test results. I wouldn't do it if it will mess up my eyes anymore.

 

I have heard about gazing the sun as it gives vitamin D but an article said that its not good for the eyes. For a few minutes one can stand in mild sun within 11 a.m.

 

amazing i would love to try this but any slight disturbance to effect my eye might make my eye sight 4 X bad :/

Different.

I can stare at the sun for about 3 seconds tops then I can't help myself but look away, that feeling's horrible.

I would try this, but as others have already said, I can only stare at the sun for so long before I have to look away.

 

You're only supposed to do this at sundown or sunset, where the sun isn't that strong to make you have to look away, most of you guys are getting the wrong idea and thinking to do this mid-day.
