This probably won't get you 20m in a month, but buy spirit shards in the ge for less than 25 gp each and then sell them to the pet shop in Taverly for 25 gp each. Yesterday I got 10000 for 6 RSGP each, free 190k for me although usually I pay more.

Also, if you have a good hunter level, I suggest trying that.
