[Easy] Requesting a simple background

So basically a runescape private server I used to play on is finally releasing after months of development, and they want a cool background to use with their client. Unfortunately the attempts they've been getting are really shit and I'd hate for a great server to have such bad graphics. This request should be easy for people that have a decent amount of graphics experience. I could offer 25-50 dominion tower kills (500-1k dreadnips, 5-10 pairs of dominion tower gloves if you have them unlocked), a short/med quest completed, or something else maybe.

Specifications:
Size: 765x603
Colors: Mainly blue, others that blend well can be used.
Theme: Runescape 2
Other notes: Server owner requested that the rsps logo is put in the top middle of the background. You can get the logo here:

Rule number 1 of graphics, give the customer what they want.

If you read the thread you will see that it has been requested that the logo be at the top/middle and the theme be RS related. You achieved neither.

Rule number 2 of graphics, never try passing LQ work.

Your piece is utter crap being incredibly pixelated and even cuts off the main part of the background which is the logo. Now consider this before posting that someone else's work is 'weak'.



I might throw something simple your way, depending on how fast you need it.

Here's something painfully simple. I was going to add Runescape aspects to it but no runescape models/colors match your logo/color scheme. And furthermore, you don't want busy backgrounds or it just makes your client look really bad. If you want me to do more to it just tell me what you want but I thought this would look good in a background.
