Cooking is 700k/h
Fletching is 540k/h @ -8 gp/xp
Farming is 1m+ xp/h @ -15 gp/xp

 

Cooking, easily. Few days on the bot.

Considering you have 6m to spend roughly then I would suggest doing basic fish with cooking gaunts. It's an average of 1000 fish an hour so you can easily calculate your xp depending on your fish. Don't bother looking into faster methods like wine etc because they are going to cost you a lot.

Equally fletching is quite good doing bows, it is slower though. And again dont really look into doing bolts because then your going to be talking like 100m for 99.

Did you use only yews/magics or something? With maples it's really not that expensive.

More yews than maples. If you use only maples it takes twice as long.

Pretty sure you make profit off sharks when you cook too.

 

Not quite sure but i would say either cooking/fletching/farming or firemaking as i here that is quite east to bot or do by hand the only problem is the only one you can afk is really farming .

 

Fletching Maple longbows to 99 makes a large profit. You can also easily bot it with a ghostmouse in a random free area (clan citadels, soul wars)
