You go first or MM will be used, if so you'll pay fee.

Just copy fill in your amount and price and wait till someone pm's you

Just go black market section and sell rs gold for e-gold. Not that hard to do.
But I really not understand why you asked this in off-topic forum. It isn't really that hard to do..
