I dont get it, at a point d bolts will become unsellable what will you do with them, the best idea would be to alch them.

There is a way to make them into cash that some people have been selling

No it wasn't that. It happened on Monday/Tuesday, depending on where you live. That was when the big boom was anyway and when it got patched.
