I don't recommend this service for high level/valuable accounts as there is a slight risk involved. As of the other questions; yes this service can be done without experience gain, and trying to work out of free training now - if you asked a few days ago, sure. 1-50 would be pretty cheap though.

1-85 Could be done in under 4 days botting for 10 hours a day on f2p. This will be less on p2p. However, 1-99 is still going to take a significant amount of time - you do the math. 120? Who are you kidding? If ever there was a service which could get 120 in a nonannual timescale, it would get you banned. This will never happen - if you want 120, play legit for 6 months. As for pricing? 1-85 is priced at $75. Won't find it cheaper.
