Dumby1 got banned for same reason again?

Hello.

Im sorry about my language but what the f... is going on? I got banned in 2011 august for 3 or 4 months for self vouching with NPNK and this time I didnt even know that he could be my irl friend. I got unbanned after 3-4 months and got banned again 5 minutes ago for same reason, even when I already was banned for this? Where is the justice?
Im looking for admins not for moderators who dont even know whats going on and keeps banning without any reason.

I cant find my old thread what I made in august when I disputed my unban, I explained everything. I already have sat my punishment for vouching with NPNP and I want to get unbanned immediately!

Found this thing why I was banned and got unbanned after 3-4 months ban.

Again, I do not agree being banned again for same reason I was banned b4 and already sat my 3 month ban!

CsCriffingt1 is the one who knows about that.
He is also the one when I got unbanned after being banned 3 months I told him to delete NPNK 's vouch from my vouches thread.

Moderator Video can say that I am not NPNK.
