Dumb Question about Scars Possabilitys

Is it possible to make a menu in scar? I really need this.
For example http://www.rs101.info/autobots/autobot.php?runescape=Magic%20Cheats%201.2 or http://www.rs101.info/autobots/autobot.php?runescape=Fagex%20Autofighter this is something i really need to do.

If scar can't do this, can you please tell me what I can make my script in that can be compatible with a menu? I am willing to learn any scripting for it.
I want to make it .exe too

You could easily make a menu like that in a form. Just make an image and put that on the form first then put your buttons and text over top.

There is a program for turning Scripts into .exes it's called SCARPACK and it's developed by sythe! it can be found here. But it can only be used with runescape.
