I charged back a payment

Amount scammed: $89.90 + other accounts I bought years ago he is now recovering.

Explanation of the trade: I purchased a staking main from Crazy.Gold on the 12th Feb at 9:51, I played on the account for a few hours logged out woke up and went to log onto the account 14th Feb 15:18 and the account was banned for RWT Major. imgur.com

Keeping in mind I had not bought gold on the account, I bought 3 bonds from Jagex sold two in the GE and used one for 14 days members. This makes me believe that the account was used as a mule or rented out as a staker before selling to me, this was not mentioned to me before I had bought the account, neither is it stated anywhere on there website. I called Niki the owner out for this and he just kept saying that they hadn't used the account for months (Not true it was only created 3 months ago and in that time it had gotten maxed cb stats and it was last logged in 2 days ago from when I bought it). He didn't care and offered to sell me another account for $77 (Probably felt guilty for selling me a bad account). imgur.com

I have purchased two other accounts from Crazy Gold over the past 3 years, It was perfect and never had any trouble with the accounts until now, Niki has just attempted to recover the accounts.

I really don't care about the money, but the very obvious attempt to try and recover an account that I purchased years ago from him is surely enough to ban him. These people don't care about customers, they are happy to sell accounts that they know will get banned and when you call them out they attempt to recover every account you have purchased from them.

You bought multiple accounts from us - 2017, 2018, 2021. You had no issues with any of them for 4 years. You buy a main, quest on it, buy gold, get it banned, request a refund, we dont grant you one (because its your fault) you chargeback the payment and threaten us

You requested a password change just to prove your point, you chargebacked us for 89.8$ and now currently have pending debt for us, so i would like to submit your information so the mods can look into 2-3 emails and ips. Please allow me to do so in the following comment @Superfluous

Normally, you would be required to refund your buyer for the account he just bought, but this is moot now that this guy charged back his payment. Recall:

There are 2 different cases, one is regarding an issue with an account from 3 years ago from playerauctions - which should be resolved there (please submit a report there as well, i am confident to provide information against your claim)

you charging back for an account you bought from our website - which you are liable for on sythe.

 

You also say you refunded another account you sold me but conveniently cut the conversation off were you sold me an account that was muted...

Please show where I charged back it was a Friends and Family payment, You can't just say I did. Yes I will contact my bank because you have scammed me.

I said I hadn't bought gold on that account, I bought gold from you in DEC 2018, nice little fact to miss out on your behalf..

Didn't but obviously you don't understand how time zones work, Account dates on Jagex website are in uk time, Date on runelite is set to your local computer time...

Because you sold me an account that was banned because you used it to mule/stake. Like I said the other trades went good which is why I returned to your service. But if you buy a car, the car breaks down you don't just leave it on the side of the road...

u currently have outstanding debt towards us for 89.8$ for an ongoing chargeback (you got the account banned a few days after purchase, not covered on any rules - pa or sythe, or any tos)

Regarding the account you claim we recovered, can you show payment proof (i will also use it to file a ticket on playerauctions regarding this case)

 

This was after we had talked and you refused to refund me, you are making out like I did this after you sold me an account that was banned because of your activities.

Would you like to answer to any of the other stuff you have been caught out on?

Like why lie about why you refunded the other account, why lie about attempted recovery, Why make stuff up about weird dates, why try and make out like I bought gold today?

 

also you said you never bought gold, how did the account have gold to do questing then? You showed us doing a quest on it? magically killing goblins?

 

you are not liable for a refund, you cant just chargeback, i will wait for a mod's reply, you are going back and forth to smokescreen the situation lol, state everything you can in your defence and please show payment proof for the accounts uve bought (using an uno reverse card, you ask for proof, i show it, now its my turn)

1. Sold me an account that got banned for RWT the day after I bought it because you used it as a mule/staker.

It sucks when you get caught out, stop jumping from subject to subject to try and confuse people.

 

you cant chargeback a payment for an account you bought, and got banned while in your possession you are trying to play the victim card to downplay this situation, i can see that any reasoning is useless, i will wait for a mod to let me know what to do - to get my money back ($89.8)

oh and also about your threats to tweet me and get over 2000 accounts on paying customers banned (we sold over 2k accounts with @abv.bg)
