Kelom scammed 20m RS07 gold

Asked me to trade 50m for a Berserker pure 07. Said we would trade in increments to ensure safe trade for both users. Started out with 20m, traded, accepted, then he logged out. Said we could use a MM for the 50m after we already traded 20m. Scammed 20m and tried acting as if we didn't trade.

Skype conversation goes as follows, which I also reported/blocked on Skype as well. Kelom is the scammer, Nick Will is me.
