Think I posted in wrong section previously..

After critical thought of my actions on Saturday/Sunday night. I was drunk, and my decision making was not acceptable.

My actions were childish and showed no real thought behind them. I felt the service was suddenly gone and that we have no other choice than to keep funds to keep the trainers secure for a few months until we figure out an alternative.

I'm very stubborn and selfish at times, but after talking to my partners who state many of our trainers have family and children to feed. I feel I must make amends as soon as possible.

I know the actions will haunt the service forever, but with Sythe's pardon system. We want to make amends to our beloved customers and fellow community members. Give us a second chance, as you allowed us to help build your accounts.

I've been contacting our customers who have unfinished business to discuss their choice.

For transparency, there were nearly 70 orders that are either ongoing or about to start within the next week. I've endeavoured to contact all and offered the option to continue the service or provide a partial or full refund depending on current hours completed.

Regarding John Cena, yes I did ban evade, and yes I did scam some dedicated servers. My time on OSBot was finished for good after the owner banned me. I felt to ensure I wasn't tempted back I recovered one account I sold and several servers. Overall worth around $150. This was a very stubborn and selfish act, and I regret making that decision because now It's affecting real peoples livelihood.

And finally, If you allow the pardon on condition that we make amends, we will provide Sythe Scam Fund 10% of our revenue for the next year of operation. Equaling $600+ per month based on this months revenue.

I will also endeavour to help the community further with anti-scam efforts and talk to scammers to tell them why scamming is not a good idea.

Sorry for letting everyone down, I want to make amends as soon as possible. I hope you give the service a second chance because it does provide food on the table for people. My action is not excusable, and I will 100% forever regret my decisions from OSBot and Sythe.

Refunds in total:
29 - Total of around $2805.5 and another $200 or so pending (waiting for replies/friend requests/timezone issues)

I can send Jason the full list of refunded customers, I've taken screenshots of everything already.

Continued Orders:
22 Orders - Currently, 19 are about to start or are already in progress. I can also invite Jason to the new discord to confirm this claim with customers. (not all have joined it though).

Actual Scam:

To note the orders were not affected really, I believe I scammed around $200 before stopping. The $2800 or so is a direct consequence of lost customer confidence and Sythe ban.

Final Note:

I'm actively working every day when I get home from work until I'm too tired to continue to make this right, 99% have been contacted or will be once they come online or accept a friend request. The odd few have denied the request it seems so I will contact Jason in the upcoming days to directly contact them to refund.

Again I have made an abysmal choice, and now I must receive punishment. If there are any clarifications either add me directly or contact Jason who's helping me refund people If there's an issue.

I hope you can give me and the service a second chance. I'm also greatful for the words of support and encouragment from customers and really appreciate talking to them. Not one member has contacted me and abused me so I also thank the community for that.

I'm just going to clear up something up below.

We do not support conditional pardons

For all pardon requests posted after October 8, 2012:

There no longer exists any "conditional support" for pardons (ie. "support, but with a TwC / DNT / etc."). Staff supporting a pardon request must be fully confident that if the user returns, they are not going to be a problem for the community and truly deserve full reinstatement.
