jagex harsh?

ok well i was on runescape in world 18 doing pvp and my target was being a little panzy and doing a glich where he wasnt in the wildy where i could attack him but was outside the map as you would say in one spot and it was concidered pvp so i let him kill me to tell me how he did it so i tried it. i did it one time fopr about a minute. well the next day i go to log on and jagex had banned my account for 13 days when i had only slight minor offence for language a long time ago and banned me for bug abuse. so i appealed it and they denied. so i sent them a message saying i think its being kind of harsh when i didnt even do it for long and didnt really think it was against the rules. and they denied it. so i sent them a message asking if they were going to ban me for nearly two weeks for something i was barly aware was against the rules they least they could do was renew the two weeks membership that was being waisted while i was banned for this because im paying for it and cant play and they locked my account. im upset with jagex right now this truley is outragious im a nice player and always help others out... post your comment on the situation

 

i think jagex are really messed up with their rules, it's like they don't want their players to have a good time, this case is unfair and personally why, unlike most other games, do they have such a bid deal about rwt, (trade limit)

 

Well, you can't really blame that on Jagex, you did bug abuse...Did you not? You are one of the lucky ones, people get perm banned for bug abuse nowadays...

 

Im so with you dude. Ever since jagex got their new owner i knew RS was doomed. i mean look at it now. Its Fucking shite.

When they do Anti RWT they say its for the greater good well i say up yours and ask urself who wants anti rwt?

 

Actually, no one really cares about RWT in the game, like it affects the other players though. Though, about your bug abuse, it was your idea for trying it for a few mins, you risked it, it's like botting. You risk to bot in game.

jagex doesn't care about anything but them making runescape a multi-billion dollar company they took out our privileges and they still make money why
they don't listen to us they don't care that's why epople created THE BLACKMARKET

 

i think its bs they should pause ur members while u are locked/banned for small periods of time

 

harsh? i know friends who got perm-banned for macroing and didnt even know what it ment.

 

This isn't harsh at all. My 4 year old 118+8 was perm. banned for macroing. I've never autoed on that account.

 

I don't really see where Jagex went wrong here. Once your appeal is denied, you must wait a month or two before you are able to appeal it again. Jagex does this so they won't be continually bothered on the situation, and with the badgering you've done, they had every right to take the action they have.

I'm fairly sure they unbanned your account as well. This happened to me a few years ago when I used to play RuneScape, and they locked my account. I figured it was just a test to see how truthful I was, and once I unlocked the account, I could play on it instantly.

Perhaps they've done you a favor, and now all you need to do is unlock your account. An account unlock will take 3 days time, but may be sooner in your case. I doubt it, but it's always a possibility.

think about it. these rules are usually unfair and unjust, but does jagex not also have the right to enforce what rules they choose fair?
