[Firez]Vanilla Ban Dispute

Hiya,

I'm wanting to get back into Runescape to play Ironman mode, so I came to sythe to transfer my 07GP to EOCGP so that I can buy a bond.

However upon attempting to log in it appears that I have been banned for 'blackhat'??

What did I do wrong? I've never participated in any blackhat activity? Please can I be unbanned!!

Ban reason that was shown to you: blackhat
Additional details/story: Upon trying to log into my account after a long period of inactivity (I have gotten back into OSRS Iron Man), I was informed I have been perm banned due to "blackhat" - I have never participiated in any blackhat activity nor should their be reason to believe that I have?

Why was I banned? Is there anything I can do to resolve this and rejoin the Sythe community?
