    Steels drop it, although not that often.
    The shield rocks like fucking all crazy hell! been offered 25mill for mine but I guess it'll go down once it stops being so uncommon.
    And before anyone asks I aint selling it cause its just too damn fucking tasty!

    thank you to all the people who have posted vids here. I now see how freakin ownage this sheild really is. I am definatley getting it. buyin 100k chaos and goin to steels. i will get one of these freakin visages and possibly pay for intself with drag drops. I'll let you gguys know how it goes.

    No its 50 charges so 50 specials but you have to let the shield cool down after you use one.

    Does it remain charged if you unequip it? If so, you could charge up more than one then just equip 'em during the stake.
