    4. DragonDyce is for entertainment purposes only. Use of our services to gamble fiat money or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited and will lead to a ban from our server.

This is contradicted by rule 17: "Our Clan Pays out Crypto currency or Rsgp nothing else, if you are determined to get paid out in another method other then bitcoin or RSGP you can but know you are not covered by me!!!!!"

This is also contradicted by rule 8: "All games have their own rules that you agree to comply with by being a member of our discord, and decisions of wins/losses/redo's/refunds are based on these rules. Bitcoin transactions are always in decimal mount not dollar amount."

This is also contradicted by their history of payments such as:

    5. Any in-game gold or items obtained through our discord is understood to be used for in-game purposes only; in-game gold is not fiat money.

    6. Trading/selling/buying of in-game gold for real life wealth is strictly prohibited within our discord and could lead to a ban from our discord server.

Both of these are contradicted by KO, the owner of DDyce pushing gold sales to his ranks.

Their Terms of Service are a string of run-on sentences filled with spelling errors. How can a document which is so filled with contradictions be used as proof to wash their hands clean of scams? Clearly, the only rules applied in their own discord are those most advantageous to the profits of ranks and owner. How can an owner of a clan, clearly motivated by money and selective about what rules he chooses to enforce, be trusted to be an unbiased person in the resolving of a dispute?

With such a misleading Terms of Service, there is no way DDyce should be allowed to remain on Sythe.

I look forward to not reading the illiterate garbage disguised as "responses" to this thread rawr xD

Moderators, I believe that there was a deleted post on here from the owner of the clan admitting that his terms of service contradicts itself! If the terms are to be given to customers as an honest declaration to their rights and responsibilities as bettors, then why does the owner break his own side of the bargain when it suits him?

Why do Sythe moderators view these terms of service as a binding obligation when the man who wrote them doesn’t even follow them himself?

Here is another example of him using his rules to defend refunding:
6.000 USD Dispute with Dragon Dyce - Twistedtaco (KO)

Why does he not follow his own rules unless its of benefit to him?

Just to add on here, further to rule no.4: Use of our services to gamble fiat money or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited and will lead to a ban from our server.

I personally have gambled AUD with another AUD host which is a clear contradiction to this rule.

If this isn't the right place, please direct me but I am of the opinion that all ToS for any service/clan should be verified by Staff to be waterproof before they are allowed to advertise on Sythe. All these ToS should be linked directly on the advertisement to the Discord/website.

This would have prevented situations such as mine where it defaulted to the owner's judgement which is clearly biased. Please refer to Frost (Owner, Admin of Frost Bets) wrongly de-ranked me and refunded bettor

Why are sythe mods allowing non stop troll threads? These have been up for hours and have nothing to do with the report. Were handling the 1 report that has any legitimacy.

I'm not involved in the other reports, but I don't see how DD having a rambling ToS violates any Sythe rules. If you don't want to gamble with a group of people because of their writing style that's up to you.
