    Ty-Snail Newcomer

    Dr Phantom - OSRS Staking Account - 22m Scammed
    Spoke on Skype and agreed 30 mins free rental with 2m deposit.
    After we traded 2m over as deposit and then traded 20m over to the account to stake, the account got locked..

    Tried messaging him on Skype and he blocked me...
