Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: sent a personally photo of myself to another member of the community that i was unaware of until this was brought to my attention.

I have a feeling this is because I have mentioned Beast due to his current thread, i've also found "autos" discord (Names#0518) which I have seemingly never spoke to.

if staff need a show of what I sent Beast let me know, however does seem a bit ironic

Conversation is proof of him not even knowing who you are despite vouching you putting vouches on his thread. Seems your "Broccoli" discord has also been deactivated/deleted too. Interesting, ask Beast how I taste

Of course I did. That's why there is no discord on you right? Lol. And all of a sudden when I mention the naughty things your friend has done, you all of a sudden make this report, seems a bit suss.

Again, I have provided further context to your claim, and the information given wasn't you or related to you in any way.

Could at least give me a apparent name so I can laugh at your attempt to forge proof

 

Note before I go into this report this was discussed quite a bit by the staff team,

The evidence in this report is crystal clear,

@Dbuffed has shared a personal photo of @autos, while the standard punishment for this offense would be DNT + 30 days ban. There are a few factors at play here that made this punishment seem harsh in this case, I am going to sum up, the staff team's thoughts on this case below:

• @Dbuffed has been pardoned and has shown very good behavior ever since. To hold him to the full punishment for an action that took place a year and a half ago and before he was pardoned. Seems unfair. While the offense is old, this doesn't mean it should go unpunished.
• The user isn't fully identifiable in the photo and the user openly sends the photo to @Dbuffed despite what seems to be a disagreement.

There are other factors as to why we decided to reduce this ban which will not be made public. But we have decided a 30-day ban is fair on this occasion.

I'd just like to say that @Dbuffed staff was very lenient. This should be considered a final warning.
