Explanation of the trade: After refusing to go first to me for an 07 trade because he claimed to have more vouches I went through them and noticed that some of them aren't legitimate. So far I've found two (should be sufficient) vouches where he added them in his vouch thread and +1 on his vouch count when they're definitely not vouches, so fake vouches. If these aren't sufficient for the mod handling this I can see if he has more fake vouches but for now this should be enough.

Again, I would personally keep an eye on him. This is a free market but refusing to go first to someone who's got ten times the reputation of yourself for a large trade should cause suspicion. Something to keep in mind for the TWC dispute.
