Double XP for 10 Hours! LOL

[tofurocks]

I hope they make this a regular occurrence, it's much needed to encourage people to play.
This should really speed up my 99 strength attempt

If I alch for 10 hours straight I get 1,142,570 xp... Not all too grand, but if you need the XP it helps.

XP is not doubled for the whole 10 hours. The experience decreases as the time passes until it reaches 1.1x multiplier after 10 hours

[Evan Wears Prada]

thats fucking awesome i cannot wait.

I did all the math. That's what it comes out to.

I've always wanted some summoning this will be cheap\friendly

[Thehate9]

Definitley looking forward to this as 4exp is so slow 8 will be better.

Here's more evidence to vindicate the legitimacy of this event:

The e-mail seems pretty legit. I doubt phishers would go to such extents just to phish someone (I mean, we're getting e-mails.) So. Either the phisher industry has improved in service or it's legit. My bet's on the second choice.

[Shall Skill]

Looks good, going to take advantage of this for sure.

[Corey]

Time to get the autoprayer bot going

[JDK]

I think this is a crazy idea. I hope the double exp thing is applied to spending zeals, that would be awesome for me.

Def attending

[h1j2q3]

bought 10k d bones.

[Coinshare]

It's legit, go to the runescape site then go to the developer blogs and click 'Save the date!'

[SwiftSeller]

I forsee at least a 2 fold increase of prices in bowstrings, yew logs, magic logs, maple logs, rune ess, pure ess, herbs, seeds, raw food, etc.
These items will become SCARCE.

I also forsee at least a 2 fold decrease in bow prices, runes, popular monster loot, cooked food, potions, etc.
These items will become VERY ABUNDANT.

Am i right?

[h1j2q3]

best is prayer and summoning , i think

[lightzz]

This, is going to be epic.

[hehelololol]

I was about to click and post the below because I thought it was
going to be obvious fake flamebait. I guess not.

There is no possible way.

And, SwiftSeller, you're 100% right. I put half of my pures money into Yew Logs, and I plan to make a bundle off of it.

[Big In Japan]

sounds cool i wont be playing tho ;(
