Double TWC Evader / Already TWCd and fake vouching

User was already TWC'd for inviting a fake MM or something, and was also declined on his TWC dispute on several occasions due to belief that his vouches were fake as they were all new profiles with only one post etc.

That is his second offense aside from the fact that he's evading his TWC with Trust God. He is fake vouching himself while already TWC'd.

One of many ips resolved from Trust Jesus' skype "its.a.god.thing" is
162.228.238.24
And the only ip that has been on Jesus Luck is
404809 Jesus Luck xxx.xxx.xxx.24 1eee204e

Even if the ips are not a match there is no way the rest is a coincidence, especially considering Trust Jesus' skype display name is now JesusLuck.

Since he was already TWC'd and is now self vouching while already TWC'd as well as evading the TWC on 2 separate profiles, perhaps a perm ban is in order?
