Korasi's spec hits at least 50% to 150% of your natural max hit. Casting the special 1000 times means that, on average, you will be hitting precisely your max hit.

Yes, the max with one is only about 750. However, considering your max natural max with Korasi, turmoil, and a super str is probably about 500, using two specials in a row is bound to hit 700-800 at least. (Your average hit for two specials is actually 1500.)

Max hit with the spec is 700... ~ 730 with zerk ring (i), I think you're calculating it wrong haha (1500 for 2 specs?)
