The user told me we'd do the trade the following day, this being last week on Wednesday. The user hasn't been online a single time since and has presumably blocked me on Skype.

I am requesting proof that said person owns the runescape name Xena and that a TWC is applied because you do not make agreements then back out for no reason and block the opposing party. I deserve an explanation or reason, if anything.

 

If backing out of a trade was TWC worthy, more than half the members on this forum would have a TWC.
