DorianKing is a SCAMER

So I wanted to sell my Diamond I League of Legends account. I was offered 450$ for it. The buyer said he had a MM and used DorianKing. This was supposed to be fast and easy. The only part is I don't have a sythe PM but I have all chat logs of the buyer and the MM. Do I get a refund if I got scammed or is this my responsibility now? Dorian has played a game on my account already.
