    He was not on Swan's IP audit when I reported him, and has now appeared on said IP audit after coming back from a decent amount of inactivity (1 post in January prior to now, and before that last posted in November 2014). Guessing it's not a coincidence that Swan was recently banned, he recently returned, and coincidentally showed up on one of Swan's IPs.

    Your old report doesn't show Swan's IP Audit it shows rages and it's a dif IP overall. Just gonna say this isn't conclusive enough
