Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I have made multiple attempts but as the initial scam took place 10 years ago and haven't had any success reaching out to them on multiple platforms.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I have been banned for a few different reasons from scamming to ban evasion, all debts have been paid. I am fully aware of my action in the past and am not proud of them. I wish to return to Sythe in a respectful manner. I do not have any intention to bother this community in any negative way. I run a small server and returning to scythe will be a Huge win for us so we can expand our advertisements to the best osrs market around. Thank you for your time and I understand the pardon process.
