victim has been inactive for years to my knowledge. I have made attempts to contact searching through skype, his scythe email. The debt has been repaid to community pool.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Years ago I scammed a payment from 2dumb2die for a zulrah account i advertised. took the payment and never delivered the account. I have been accused of Impersonation which i have not done and will stand my ground with this offense. and ban evasions of 3 total accounts since first initial ban.

Today I am asking for forgiveness from the community, the scam victim, and the staff of sythe for not following the rules and not being respectful to my peers and not handling the ban the correct way sooner. I currently run a small discord community where myself and my team have worked very hard to push it forward. I do have members ask me about my ban and i am honest about it. I understand the importance of open communication with my server members and staff as i will continue to work towards a pardon. I do not wish to be a menace in this community or attempt wrong doing. Returning to Scythe would allow me the opportunity to advertise my services and push me and my team further! I understand the pardon process can take quite some time and I may not be approved. Thank you for your time.
