@MrshacoStore OsRs there is no mention of any account upgrade offers in your thread linked above. You can advertise skilling on the thread as long as it's secondary to the primary offering.

You may advertise other services you offer from that same subforum (such as advertising questing services in a skilling services thread), so long as they are secondary to the primary offering. Any irrelevant advertisements in the body of your market thread (such as advertising gold sales or gambling in a skilling services thread), are subject to punishment under the false advertising rule.
