Dont have access to authenticator

Was on an old phone that I no longer have, username is a11muscle. I still know my password, just don't have access to that phone or authenticator anymore. Still have the same email aswell.

I used to run my internet off (removed) 4G sim card, two years ago I used (removed) internet. But recently as in this past week I got new fiber internet installed in my area as part of a government program to reach out and place service in rural areas.
