    Don't drink and drive.
    My friend lost 2 cousins on Christmas eve... 2 years apart from each others death. THEY got hit by drunk drivers. One of them was addicted to drugs and just got out of rehab and just got himself a stable job somewhere and moved in with his girlfriend...
    It's tough, try and enjoy the holidays, despite the bad things.
