Donation - user record error

hi, I've recently donated 50$ to sythe and while trying to apply to donor rank on my profile, when I click save it simply says user record error and doesn't apply.

Is anyone else having these issues? I'm currently on my mobile, will try from desktop later today to see if that fixes it.
