My sythe account was scammed by ban evader

As you see Daves post flyer20113 is the ban evader which got my sythe acc, i dont know how this could happen, because none of my other rs market forum accounts like pb got hacked, so i think this is somehow sythe fault.

I am from Lithuania my ip's 88.222.120.45 and 88.222.10.67
You can look up that it was not me..

Now like the thread says i have to pay 100$ for the scam to get unbanned.
I feel that this is not right.. I do not really want to pay for the scam that i havent done. I am a member since 2009 no problems since then. I am really sorry for the loss of the scammed member.. I hope someone will look up into this. I have been buying and selling things here for ages, there is no reason for me to scam a 100$. If all of my sells here costs like 5k$.. Im really sorry for my english, its not my first language.

The question isn't whether it was or was not you. You lost hold of your account and a user was scammed. In order to be unbanned/pardoned you'll have to repay him for the scam that occured on YOUR account that should have been secure. Once that is done, you can pardon. Otherwise, you cannot.
