Great intro to your workout schedule. When you do every muscle in your body, you're going to feel a lot more balanced. Just remember to not work out EVERY day. You can take a few days off for rest.

Rest is incredibly important to let your muscles relax. So that's why you need routine. If you're going to do upper body on Monday's, don't do ANY lower body unless its stretching.

As blazee said, you know your body better then we do. However you said that you bench 38kg decline/incline/normal for 10 reps, so I would imagine that your 1RM ("1 rep max") would be around 48-52kg. But you don't know until you try. ;)

As Liight said, rest is very important. Very Important! If you miss a day, don't try and make up for it the next day. Keep to your normal routine. :)

A piece of advice, start with a lighter weight and work your way up instead of starting at your max and working your way down. This will prevent injury, promote increased blood flow and ultimately give you a better workout. :)

    Thanks for the help.
So as I take it I shouldn't pass lifting 50kg.
That's good as it'll take ne a few months to get there.

Seeing as though males can grow up until their early 20's, you can't say you wont grow, especially at just 13. I'd suggest holding off until you are a bit older as lifting can ruin your growth.

I would not recommend doing weight so young, Find a sport that you enjoy, you'll naturally develop if you're active. weight lifting is very restrictive and isolates a particular muscle motion. while a sport(s) applies near unlimited movement, which will develop more tone and stronger movement than weight lifting. At that age. now when you're 18-22 weightlifting can seriously improve what you've already built up.
