I do BH transfers... it is completely safe as it is like so unpopulated now. I have also done it heaps of times myself for my rune pure=)
WHAT I DO?
Alright.... A1 is the account i was be trading the items from and A2 is the reciever of the gold.
METHOD:
1. ON A1 i buy sara/or zammy items equal to the amount of gold you want to trade and then i use 3 computers... one with my brother and 2 with me. On my 2 computers i log onto A1 and A2 and my brother logs onto his account in which he has a low, med, and high crater account.
2. On A2 i run into the middle of BH with good armor, food and BH locate teles (locaters to get away from attacking BHer's). On A1 i have the sara/zammy in my inven and wearing rune also... not the sara/zammy as people will take notice and attack hopefully the coloured skull does not attract much attention.
3. My brother follows A2 into the middle and then he protects him. I then go into BH on A1 and run unnoticed to the middle due to low populated BH due to pvp update and get attacked by A2.
4. Once A2 hask illed A1 and picked up the items the 180 second penalty occurs but no need to worry my brother is there to attack me using kick and i also attack him back with kick and he has food along with me.
5. This kick method works so no pjers can join in and protect form melee works anyway and once the 2 minute penalty is up i run to wall and exit with the itmes on A2 the reciever and the trade is complete.

Any trades over 4m i require 500k but if only under 1m i will do for free.

-Nons level 40+
MEDIUM CRATER:
-Membs not recommended but is possible (membs is more risky but faster)
-Level 65+ is nons
High:
-Any level for nons but in members it is recomended to have ancient magics to protect from rushing BHers.
