    Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I have no way to contact victim and I'm sure I tried a long time ago.

    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I was young dumb and naive at the time and attempted to dispute a charge on PayPal. This was many years ago and I would like to use this forums to sell my account as I am 29 years old now, a grown adult with a family and don't play runscape anymore. I have no intention of doing any harm to anyone just need a platform to sell my account on.
