Does runescape ip ban?

From what I know, Jagex IP bans in cases of mass phishing, or macroing. The also do it to bug exploiters.

To help with your problem: try clearing your cache, and deleting your Jagex_32 files etc. Also make sure you have the latest version of Java software+updates.

Just change your ip.

Go to Start Then My Computer. Go to Local Disk (C Click On Windows. Then it will ask if you really want to go into the folder. Go into it. Delete all jagex cache's. If that does not work go into to tools and internet options delete all cookies,saved passwords,ect.Also in internet options check if the site www.runescape.com is blocked if so unblock it. If none of this works i dont know what to tell you. Sorry.

 

Update your Java thing. I had the same problem not sure if that's what solved it, if you have a modem maybe unplug the power cord from it for 10secs then plug it back in, dunno
