barrows pure is a rather obvious answer to that.

 

You can even make a ranger/mager tank, if you get range 99 and magic 94 and pray 52 and keep the rest the same. It will take a long time though. I hope the dark bow and rune c bow will reward you with loads of pks if you do.

 

dont be a barrows pure just get ur str up

 

You can become a:
-Range tanker: 99 defense and range
-Barrows pure: 80 attack 90+ str 70 defense (recommended) P.S. 52 pray
-Boxer/Veracs staker.

 

Keep 70 def, and get atk and str up.
