Does Jagex still do IP Bans?

They have definitely done it in the past and probably still do. I heard they do it to people who hack multiple accounts.

I haven't heard about an I.P. ban in awhile, but yes, they have done it in the past.

 

I have never heard of any1 getting an IP ban. The reason they don't do this is because of the possibility of siblings.

 

IP bans are only for mass botters which is why mass botters use VPN's or bot at work like a lot of people do.

It's really really rare that an account is banned by gold trading. Ppl but in amounts of 1000 millions and still don't get banned. So I guess that an IP ban would be extremely rare. Don't worry about 5m, its nothing compared to what others buy.
