What is on the right picture around the back of his neck that looks like a glove?

Also, is editing in 99's all you did? If so that looks real except for the fact that your cape would be trimmed.

 

fake copy pasta the pixels for the 99's too high if I can tell without even taking it into photoshop it's bad.

 

almost all 4 99's are in different positions slightly.

You can do this quite easily in paint, just by dragging and dropping with it zoomed in to 400%. But nicely done, none the less.
