30 years to the Earth is 4.76190476 × 10-13 percent (or 0.00000000000047619 %) of its whole existence.
To us, that's 1.12×10-5 seconds. In other words, 30 years is to the Earth's existence as is .000112 seconds to a 75 year old man. To a 16 year old kid, it's 2.40×10-6 seconds, or 0.0000024 seconds.
Ah yes - what I meant was the "common" definition of global warming: how humans are causing the world to warm up and how we have to do such and such to stop it.
Don't really see what you're saying. Elaborate? S:
The graph is just to delink a direct relationship between rising CO2 levels and global temperature
In the scope of anything at all, the graph shows absolutely nothing--neither a positive correlation nor a negative correlation.
Consider this. You shrink during the day, even when you're 13. Let's look at a tiny snapshot of a few minutes (more or less analogous to the 30 years in that graph, although the direct ratio is, as I demonstrated, a tiny fraction of a second) at noon. The entire graph would show you shrinking, although it's blatantly obvious that you are growing at the most rapid pace since you were a baby. Let's look at some minutes during the night: the graph will show you growing an alarming rate in which you'll end up being nine feet tall by adulthood.
Perhaps you're confused because most of my posts support your graph. However, I'm just pointing out that the graph shows literally nothing towards either argument. If it was valid proof, then I should sprint to Congress and proclaim that all of our young children are shrinking and we need to put massive amounts of growth hormone in the water supply. Or, I could sprint to Congress and make them put agents that stunt growth, because all of our doorways, ceilings, cars, are not built for 9 foot tall people.
Pretty much this.
To statistically represent the relationship between earth's temperature and amount of C02 in the atmosphere reliably we would need thousands if not hundreds of thousands of years worth of data.

Global climate change is happening- we're just speeding up the process.
