Does anyone know how to make a youtube intro?

[MrLuckyDraw]

If so, I'd be willing to pay someone to make me a short (3-5 seconds) youtube introduction.

If anyone knows how to make one, post on this thread with you msn, and we can discuss pricing/details etc.
