If somebody paid me on PayPal with their Balance, could they charge back with bank

so if somebody paid me with their balance on paypal, if they went to their bank would their bank be able to reverse the charge even though it came from their balance? This guy lost a dispute already on charging back via paypal so if he went to the bank, could they recover money from paypal balance back?

 

There are other ways to reverse the money besides bank. So yes it's possible

Paypal balance is the hardest to chargeback.

 

They can create what's called a PayPal temporary inquiry where PayPal check to see if there was a possibility of a scam or not because they don't want to lose the money the other person chargebacked from the bank.

The best case is to be secure and either use a MM or get ID proof.

its very simple, every and any paypal payment can be chargedback, there is no safe way of being 100% protected from any paypal chargebacks.

 

To answer your question directly: No.

Your bank cannot dispute a payment that was made via your Paypal balance. They have no relationship to the transaction.

The only way to reverse a balance payment is to have Paypal themselves reverse it.
