Do you want to be famous?

Simple question is simple. Do you want to be famous? Why or why not?

I feel being famous has many negatives that outweigh the positives so i would love to be and I am average person

I want to be famous for doing something good.. Like fixing America's economy problem.

 

No. I love my peace and quiet and if you're famous, that is something that you won't get. I wouldn't mind the rich side effect of being famous that. I could totally do with some of that.

 

I've been on the news a lot. But it's never been for anything positive. ^__^

 

Sure, I'd like to be famous... but famous for something positive.

 

In some cases, I want to. I want to be famous like Sammo Hung, he can do a lot of stuff for his weight and age. I also want to be mostly famous in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, and a few others, but that's if I lived in Hong Kong though.

You famous on sythe But i completely agree with you. There couldn't be better example than tiger woods. If media hadn't blown everything out of proportion, i doubt he would have gotten divorced. Sucks for him, but that's a price you have to pay with being famous. You have no personal space at all.

I'd definitely like to be famous. I don't care much about the money, only the recognition. I'd love to be remembered as someone who's done something for the world, rather than just another of the 6 billion normal people.

No, he's not a Sumo Wrestler. He's a Martial Arts actor, he's trained with Sing4 Lung4 (Jackie Chan) when they were in school which was Peking Opera School. A lot of people from Peking Opera has been in Hong Kong Cinema. Sammo Hung is a pretty big guy, and he can do stuff no ordinary person with his weight can do, he's done acrobatics and fight scenes, he choreographs a lot of them, I believe, I think he's done some comedy movies before. He's been to the United States and was the main character of a show called "Martial Law" and I believe he was on L.A Doctors (not 100% sure). Here's some videos of him.

Depends on what for, famous people sometimes get stalkers/creeps that idolize them. I wouldn't relly want that but I wouldn't mind being famous doing something I loved.

You couldn't have a normal life... Imagine you want to have a dinner with your family; all the people around would make you questions and stuff, cameras would follow you - might be cool the first day but after years being famous, you might have psychic problems, you can get into drugs... I'd prefer having a normal life.

 

Because you get people following around you taking pictures, people stalk you and you have very little privacy :/

Plus if one thing happens the whole world hears about it :[

I'd love the fame and the money I'd like to be famous tennis player If your ever bored of all the press then fly to your friends private island.... in a way being famous your are superior by the amount of fans publicity you get. imagine playing Wimbledon and the whole world watching would be fucking amazing.
